Refunds 

Returns Policy
As every item is bespoke , personal and made uniquely just  for you,  all pieces are non returnable and non refundable . If you are not happy with your piece please contact us straight away . We will always try to help in any way we can. 

Sizes- it is your responsibility to provide the correct size required. 
We do not offer a lifetime guarantee.
If a piece becomes defective , faulty - depending on when it was purchased, what condition it’s in and if the piece shows clear signs of fault (due to no fault of your own), We will replace the piece if returned to us. The above only applies to pieces purchased within a 3 month time frame . A jewellery care sheet is provided by us with your order . It is your responsibility to follow the care guidelines to ensure your piece stays in tip  top condition. we can not accept reponsibility for inclusions lost in transit. It is your responsibility to ensure they are secure in their package and sent by a safe method. We advise special  recorded delivery by Royal Mail.

What  if i want to cancel my order?

If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to purchase your piece i offer a 24 hour period in which a full refund will be issued . Anything after the 24 hours will be charged at a 50% refund up to 7 days after ordering due to admin costs and ordering your piece from our suppliers which is non returnable. after 7 days we reserve the right to no refund. dispatch times are currently 4-6 weeks .Most in stock items can be made at a quicker turn around but postage delays , supplier delays ,covid and us receiving your inclusions late will delay the process. if you require a specific date please make sure you have checked with us first that this can be done.

Please follow the care sheet sent with your piece. Any damage caused through customers not following care sheet is a customer liabilty and we can not be held responsible.

if we do not receive your inclusions within 6 weeks we reserve the right to cancel your order with no refund.

All my items are sterling silver items and are hallmarked 925 . Hallmarked items are all hallmarked at the Edinburgh Assay Office . 

 

Please be advised items sold with Swarovski and Cubic Zirconia crystals are not covered within my refund policy  All stones are checked before posting however due to not setting these stones myself I am unable to offer a replacement if stones are to drop out or become loose.
