By purchasing your piece from New Forest Memorial Jewellery you accept our terms and conditions of sale.
If you have changed your mind and no longer wish to order we offer a 24 hour period in which a full refund will be issued. Anything after the 24 hours will be charged at a 50% refund due to admin costs and ordering of your jewellery from the supplier which is non returnable.
We can not accept any responsibility for inclusions lost or misplaced in transit. We advise all inclusions are sent to us by recorded delivery for their safety in an appropriate sealed container , including your return address on the back .
All pieces will be sent to the purchasers address given at time of order. Written confirmation by way of an email or message to change the address must be given and acknowledged by ourselves. If you move it is down to you to ensure your address details are correct.
Ashes will always be sent back to the person who originally sent them - even if this is not the original purchaser. If further pieces are required permission must be given from the person who sent the ashes before your piece is made.
We reserve the right to cancel an order with no notice if we are subjected to abuse from the purchaser.

The process
Once you have placed your order we will send out an inclusions pack. If a ring sizer is required we can also send one with your pack. There will be a form to complete and details on how to send your inclusions to us . Ashes - we only require a teaspoon of ashes for up to 6 pieces and we will always return any unused ashes to you. They are treated with utmost care and respect and we only ever work on one order at a time to ensure there are no mix ups. Hair/fur - A pinch of hair/fur will be plenty and we will return any used to you . Breastmilk- all Breastmilk orders are £10 extra to cover the cost of preservation powder. If you require a Breastmilk inclusion please message so we can chat about the process. Snake skin - an inch square of skin is adequate . Pregnancy test strips - we require you to send the whole test which we will take apart to take a piece of the positive test and cut into small pieces to create your piece . Fabric - one square inch of fabric per piece to ensure we can create the perfect price for you.
Once you receive your pack we advise you to send back to us following the instructions given . We advise recorded delivery to ensure your inclusions are safe . We can not be held responsible /liable for lost inclusions in the post / in transit .
