We recommend you send your inclusions back by recorded delivery. We can not be held responsible for the safety of your inclusions during transit. 
When we receive your inclusions they will be kept safe by us and any unused will be returned back to you. 
We will contact you to double check colours . 
We always keep you updated on the progress of you piece and will inform you when we have posted back to you, by recorded delivery
Please be aware postage is free for signed recorded 1st class delivery. This requires a 
signature but it not tracked. You may wish to pay for special tracked delivery to ensure a guaranteed  tracked delivery and to ensure your items arrive safely . It is your responsibility to choose which option suits you best . We can not accept responsibility for lost items in transit.
